Bathhouse
Here you will find Sweden´s only 50-meter saltwater pool with 8 lanes where there is room for you to play or exercise swimming. The pool has a temperature of 28 degrees and offers activities such as wall climbing and water volleyball. The bath house is also equipped with an activity pool that has a height adjustable base and a water temperature of 34 degrees. There is also a training pool for the youngest children.

Fitness Center
Here is a well-equipped gym with hand weights, training machines, exercise bikes, step and rowing machines and vibration training. It is also possible to book any of the exercise workouts offered. For example, there is spinning at different levels, some forms of aqua and relaxation workouts in the style of yoga both on land and in water. Access to the gym costs extra, order at the reception.

Relax
On Friday nights we have a non children policy, take the opportunity to enjoy a bubble bath in the glow of candlelight. Of course you can also book an appointment for a relaxing massage. Test the aroma sauna with fragrant oils mixed with water and poured on the the heater in the steam room. Looking for a bigger challenge, test the three hours concept of SaunaXtreme. Another interesting treatment is coffee-peeling where you care for your skin and make it soft and smooth.
